Project D.N.A is a Spop trainee program that brings together 10–11 young Spop idols, who will be guided and mentored by Spop artists(judges). The goal of this project isn’t to debut a new group, but to help the next generation of idols grow, learn, and discover their own sound and identity through a creative, supportive environment. Every two weeks, the trainees will receive new themed challenges or “missions” that test different aspects of artistry — such as vocal tone, emotional delivery, and teamwork. They’ll also get the chance to perform covers, participate in duet songs with their teammates, and create original sings inspired by classic kpop hits. Throughout the program, each trainee will focus on developing their individual strengths, whether it’s soulful singing, storytelling lyrics, harmonizing, or low vocals/highnotes. Mentors will provide feedback, guidance, and encouragement — helping them.At the end of the season, trainees who complete the entire project will earn the “D.N.A Certificate”, symbolizing their growth and potential to become future Spop stars under Snow labels and will debut in a group called (G)ENY meaning Generation Youth.
