Music gotten from https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/128538253/ All art, code, and writing by me. Credit to God for everything else. Read on if you want to hear the story behind the story :) So I went on a fishing trip with my friends and got the idea for this short story. I wanted to explore the concepts of memories, dreams, loss, and grief. Writing-wise, I wanted to explore using different tenses for the Seer, and I was trying to craft a bittersweet ending. So I got back from the fishing trip, and the next evening I sat down and wrote the whole thing. Originally, I typed this on Word and posted it on Khan Academy. That's where I designed the graphic- using good old coding like ellipse(50, 200, 30, 60); Link to the original: https://www.khanacademy.org/computer-programming/dream-catcher/4741039146516480 Tags: #story #dreams #dreamcatcher #lake #tears #short-story
