Click green flag twice but not in rapid succession, wait at least a second in between each. There should be 4 color of hand options. Click the flag again if there is only 1. Pick a hand color and then hover your mouse over a cat to pet it, you can’t pet them while they’re moving but they stay still for 3 seconds after moving.
