This is apparently 1 of 3 VHS tapes that concern the Octum Expo more information will be shared later. This Tape was given to shareholders of Octum Industries and later sold at the gift shop at the Expo so far this is the only evidence other then records from Octum Ind.'s personal records that the Expo existed. Right now Prof. Octum is working on finding more media to show to others as she kick-starts the Expo back up again.
