A very rough map of Daire. There would be buildings in the rings obviously, but I only have the free version of the website and didn't have access to that stuff. ___________________________________________________ I've noticed a couple point of confusion when reading through some bios-- so obviously I haven't explained some parts very well and I apologize. To combat this I am going to further explain these here: ------ 1. You are unable to leave Daire. The walls are there to keep people in, not necessarily to keep things out. According to the royal family and history books, the world outside of the walls is a barren, uninhabitable, wasteland. 2. Nobles do not take the aptitude test. They are considered 'higher' than the citizens, and want to maintain their bloodline and do not have to take it because of this. 3. You also can move rings through marriage. those it is looked down upon in the higher rings, you are able to marry outside of your ring. Because of the stigma against these relationships, it has become common to move to the lower ring after the wedding. 4. Only the royal family lives in the Aurum Ring. if you work there as a servant, you most likely live in Argilla. Most other people live in the ring in which they work, sometimes the people of Lapis sell their good at markets but most of the time they just sell them to a vendor. 5. Taking the test and marriage is the only way to move up rings. There's no "working yourself into a higher ring". where you are places is where you stay, except for the marriage rule and other few niche exceptions 6. The test isn't something you as the roleplayer have to take. If I mention that in response to your bio, it is because the lore of your character doesn't match the rules of the kingdom. not because you have to actually take the test-- just adjust the lore and we're good codeword is the 30th word in rule 3
