Hello! This is a raffle, here are the instructions and how it works: When you enter, I will add you to a wheel of names. On Halloween the raffle will end and I will spin the wheel 3 times. The first time, whoever wins gets 3rd place. Whoever gets picked next, gets 2nd place. Whoever gets picked the last time gets 1st.
