The Central Motherboard is the main base of Minty and his other Allies. It is not in the Normal World, it is in a different and seperate dimension. The entire structure is extremally big. The Connections between are both connections of the base, armories, hallways, bases and other stuff like that. As you can see, The Orbital Strike Cannon is connected to The Reactor because of its need of recharging. Everything here is not powered by normal energy, it is powered by Singularities. A single Singularity (compressed into one, main energy zone) can give 20,000 Quadrillion more power than Standard Energy. The things that the structure contains are: -Main Reactor -Orbital Strike Cannon -Connections -Hangars -Thousands of Bases -Two, Main Operation Rooms -Toilets (its obvious) -Many Hallways And yes, Minty built ALL this (except for The O.S.C.) alone without anyone's help. If the cost of buying this entire structure was converted into Dollars, it would be worth 96.7 Centillion Dollars
