A criminal will have the same rights as a normal person, with the exclusion of liberty (they will be in custody) but, instead of going to prison, they have different options. The 1st option is, obviously jail time. But the 2nd option is to be deported for the same amount of time. The 3rd is to be a slave for the same amount of time aswell. If they have a life or death sentence, their fourth option is to be experimented upon for the rest of your life. If you survive, you get a break in your cell until the next expirement happens. They also have the option of rehabilitation. An example, a hacker got caught and arrested. But he has the option to use his hacking skills for good. Like using it to find criminals. Civillians also can get a pass from the government to go undercover as a criminal to find information and turn it in to officials. If civilians do this, they may not do bad stuff, except if it leads them to information, but under any circumstances, the user cover shall not do intense crimes, like kidnapping or murder. If someone is in jail, they have the right of having great food, shelter, and water. Except if either the crime was intense or if they're a slave. Prisoners have the right for education in jail, and religious practices like rituals and church. Court can also happen via digitally, with people involved attending a zoom meeting
