Executable files are any files with the following file extension (.*): .exe .com .html .mhtml .webp .png .mpeg .mp4 .mp4 .jpg .jpeg .gif .wav .webm, etc. So, that just means any file that you can open and/or run (system files and text files don't count) for any form of program executable (.exe, .com, .HTML, .mhtml, etc.), just put a picture of the program it runs or something.
