:/ Seminegated is a Made-up new moderation of a Custom Base System where in a Base, Only the digits that make it halfway to Ten/the base number (example: 1, 2, 3, and 4 in base 8, and this is for even-number bases; or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 in base 13, and this is for odd-numbered bases, and this is where the prefix: "Semi-" comes in), and the other half of the amount (example: 5, 6, and 7 in base 8; or 7, 8, 9, A, B, and C in base 13) can't be shown, and will be replaced with Ten (the Base number) with a negative (where we somewhat use the made-up suffix: "negated") of the available-digited numbers (difficult for even me to understand, so here's example: 10-3 (decimal: 5), 10-2 (decimal: 6), and 10-1 (decimal: 7) in base 8; 10-5 (decimal: 7), 10-4 (decimal: 8), 10-3 (decimal: 9), 10-2 (decimal: 10), and 10-1 (decimal: 11) in bas 12; 10-6 (decimal: 8), 10-5 (decimal: 9), 10-4 (decimal: 10), 10-3 (decimal: 11), 10-2 (decimal: 12), and 10-1 (decimal: 13) in bas 14; and 10-7 (decimal: 8), 10-6 (decimal: 9), 10-5 (decimal: 10), 10-4 (decimal: 11), 10-3 (decimal: 12), 10-2 (decimal: 13), and 10-1 (decimal: 14) in bas 15) But when I made this, I realized that I just did a Balanced Base system, and this is what can separate a Balanced base system from a "Seminegated" base system: The difference between balanced and Seminegated Base systems is that Balance uses values for negative numbers with their own special digit, but Seminegated just uses the standard digits/values of the negative numbers: -1, -2, -3, -4, and -5 instead of "T" (from Balanced bas3, 1 made by Number17_guy). So basically, this is a Modified version of a Balanced Bas10. Alternate names: alternary but base10 (AlphabetGuy_1) by the way, I will come up with 4 more moderations in the near future. :)
