This is it, the final(?) fight! Now has slightly more sounds for most enemies. (and Niko) I decided that a good final boss fight would just be fighting every single one of the previous bosses, in one fight. (this is how Ace Attorney: Apollo Justice Trilogy should've ended by the way.) Anyway, without further ado... the instructions! Even though I really like the beginning cutscene that I made, I still added the ability to SKIP it. So if you want to just jump into battle, hold the S key when you're booting up the game with the green flag. It'll play the first two seconds of the cutscene, and THEN the rest will be skipped. The combat system is actually the same from the last fight, so just press number keys to cast silly spells, and spend tokens to do so. If your tokens become negative, you get less tokens for your next turn. 1: TV Time (damage) [costs 3 Tokens] 2: Happy! (defense) [costs 2.5 Tokens] 3: Close. (less defense for enemy) [costs 2.5 Tokens] 4: Pirouette (random action. Gets stronger if you continue to use Pirouette in a row, even over several turns. Combo resets when you use Pirouette while the music is changed.) [costs 3.5 Tokens] 4.5: Pirouette can heal Niko, hurt enemy, buff Niko defense, nerf enemy defense, or just waste a turn. 4.75: Pirouette's heal is actually insanely overpowered due to the fact that it gets buffed by the Happy value. Big Happy value means big healing! 0: Party!: does nothing if Party! song wasn't playing when used [costs 0 Tokens], does a small heal if Party! song is playing when used. [costs 2.5 Tokens] 0.5: Party!'s healing is ALSO affected by the Happy value, so you can get extra health by having a big happy value. However, it's not a big bonus, plus if the Happy value is NEGATIVE then it actually heals less! New move! Pirouette Jr.! 5: much like Pirouette, it does a random action. HOWEVER, you cannot chain this move by using it over and over to get more effects. Instead, the effect you get is much better than normal. (even better than Pirouette's effects). Basically, if you don't care about which regular move to use, then Pirouette Jr. is the move for you! [costs 5 Tokens] Space: deals small damage. if any of the other spell songs are playing, it also activates their effect! [costs 4 Tokens] If Pirouette Jr. is playing, it costs slightly more. [costs 6 Tokens] If nothing useful is playing, it has a cheaper cost. [costs 1 Token] Every single enemy has their own move(s), so here's what they do! Battat: buffs the next enemy's attack. (more damage) also buffs the enemy defense by THREE (defense) Jongler: deals high damage (which isn't affected by Happy), has small chance to not attack and instead switch to Battat. Pluey: sneaky little bloke, he can mess with your Token count or even change the song! He also has a small chance to swap the health of Niko and the enemies! Gaspen Payne: deals mediocre damage, with 1 in 3 chance to change the music (to a useless song) and lower Happy by 1. Tenna: deals BIG damage if TV Time is playing! if it isn't, then he won't hurt you as much. Sansler: deals good damage, with a chance to lessen Happy. Four and X: Four deals medium damage, and then passes the turn to X! X can either heal himself by TEN HEALTH, or lessen Niko's Happy. (you hurt Four, not X by the way) fun fact: the Happy value is now capped off at 4! if you try to get it any higher, it just snaps back down to 4. this is to make sure that Tenna (who can deal the lowest enemy damage, of 4) cannot heal Niko. second fun fact: Pirouette Jr.'s TV Time is able to bypass enemy defense! it's not like lazy coding or anything like that though, it just specifically ignores enemy defense IF the defense is not negative. if it is negative, then that's bonus damage, and it won't ignore it.
