To set your sanity to max eat a royal ration. To get a royal ration go to level 20 or 22. You can only get items and you can only lose sanity from waiting after you leave level 0.11, Ability to trade with the guy in level 1 infinitely. WARNING!!! VERY EARLY STAGE!!!
