we love shadyway street if you also love shadyway street then read notes
I don't know why I made this but shadyway street is gonna be one of the most worked on levels and I need to tell someone about it What it will have similar to all special levels (gluclear meltdown & makeshift metrostorm), shadyway street will be a challenge level that tries to make you as stressed as possible HOW ITLL PLAY upon starting the level, you are given 2 minutes to run as fast as possible to butterscotch, once these 2 minutes are up, paintball spawns in the "classic mode" debug command thing (the one that resembles older coneballs movement in sugary spire demo 1, and follows you, until lap 3 when he starts chasing you, and the paintball timer will be replaced with a DEATH TIMER for 1 minute. This level will only have one gimmick/transformation, which is the bomb transformation (no not that crappy pizza tower one where you hold it thats boring), the bomb transformation is collected a quarter through the level and alters your moveset completely BOMB MOVESET: the bomb MOVESET removes machrunning and enables invincibility to you, and enemies cant be killed unless detonated or dashed into. Dashing into a wall locks you onto the wall for a second before detonating the bomb and sending you upwards, serving as a wall climb of sorts, ground pounding stops all movement and sends you straight downward, holding [Z] after hitting the ground sends you farther upwards than a Bomb Latch, making it suggested to start a bombjump to scale a wall faster. Holding [X] lets you build up momentum, while letting go of [X] reduces that momentum buildup, slowing you down, and considering how fast you need to go in this level, it will be absolutely necessary to hold [X] the whole time The bomb transformation will also be a purchasable item in the shop through the prize machine, few soft locks can and will happen (mainly because of the ground pound) but these soft locks will not be fixed because the bomb wasn't meant to be compatible with these levels, and it also adds an extra layer of difficulty (sorta) I'm gonna be honest I'm sorta basing shadyway streets visuals off of Craterdust Capital from PHIGHTING! (the box apartment building things)
