hey so ik i haven't been on it a while but i am now :). my life has been crazy since school started and i cant catch a break between school, sports, and friends and i have been super overwhelmed and when i get a break i crash. like going to bed at 1:30am to study and waking up at 4:00 is just not good for me or anyone. i am in a Bible study with my friends and that has really helped. and also if you can spend time with your family if u can bc in the end friends come and go but family last forever! ( but its still good to have friends, but still care abt your family) advice: o and pls get sleep and eat 3 balanced meal a day bc even if u don't want to you will feel so much better! (coming from someone who did not want to eat bc she didnt want to get fat even i reality that made her sick) ya das me dont fall for peer pressure either cuz even if you didn't do anything but ur still around them you are guilty by association
