The NOAA Lockheed WP-3D Orion is a highly modified, four-engine turboprop aircraft used by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as a "hurricane hunter" and for other atmospheric and oceanographic research. This is the first time I traced an angled image, so constructive criticism and tips on how to trace detailed vectors are allowed.
