Err- There's a lot of random stuff in the game. At the moment, it still is a work in progress and I need to add a lot, but as of the current moment the only fully functional aircraft is the AC-130U. --CHANGELOG-- Nov 11, 2025 - Airstrikes Needed received new UI, aircraft selection menu Nov 12, 2025 - All aircraft speed were slowed for the sake of easier attacking, added unguided bomb, added minimum takeoff speed mechanic. Nov 14, 2025 - Added B-52H Stratofortress, Nov 16, 2025 - Added nuclear bomb. Nov 19, 2025 - Updated/Expanded desert map, still no currency... Dec 7, 2025 - Fixed bullet bug where gun would eventually stop working. Re-implemented missile which now uses the test aircraft AI. Dec 9, 2025 - Up to six missiles can be launched and simulated simutaneously. Any more will most likely break missile tracking. 'Enter Enter MISSION!' by Team Ankou was added to Airstrikes Needed FM as a random track to play. Feb 26, 2026 - Updated missile system. Missiles are still a bit laggy, but are much less laggy. A trade-off is realism, but the old missile system was too frustrating. Added underground basement to the Desert Island. More will be added later, as of now it's empty and remains as a placeholder Feb 27, 2026 - Did radio revamp, reworked basement system. Also integrated stalling and crashing. Don't land too hard ;) Made bombs deal damage. March 2, 2026 - Code 'OG' gives you old radio station as well as original AC-130. June 2, 2026 - Revamped the way bullets detect enemies. Bullets now have a 'Bullet Altitude' and you'll only deal damage if the bullet altitude roughly matches the target's altitude. Removed Airstrikes Needed FM. Partial sorting of block code into catagories in the 'AC-130' sprite (Doesn't affect gameplay but useful for... Modders and devs ig) June 3, 2026 - Added weapon spread to following weapons: TGUN, ACNN. Added sounds for following weapons: TGUN, ACNN. June 6, 2026 - Added volumes option. Does not apply to radio. --WHAT'S NEXT-- I'll hopefully soon integrate mouse control and disable the arrow key-based turning system, limiting that to aircraft that can/are meant to loiter (AC-130, MQ-9, etc.)
This game, by the way, is not complete at all. Do not expect a lot of things, including full weapon sets or more enemies until the changeling is updated, which I advise checking frequently for update dates or intel on what new content will be.
