Simply click one of the app icons and the window will pop-up. Currently, it just goes to your mouse pointer, but adding draggability shouldn't be too difficult.
Before my changes, the project had a slight delay when moving the window around. After some quick testing in turbowarp (with/and without compiler), I found that it was Scratch's 30fps hard limit for come interpretation, so the window's rendering was always a few frames behind where it should be. So, I rewrote the renderer from the ground up to reduce the number of passes needed to draw the window. Now (at least on my end) it appears to be more "real-time". I also added offscreen code to bypass Scratch's soft stage limitations.
