odd project to do on spooky day... THIS WAS LAST NIGHT OKAY!? 9TH MAP ROUND 50'D First round 50+ in Black Ops 4! decided to do a simpler map last night to learn the games mechanics and to level up my profile to get better stuff for my loadout (hate how easter eggs are restricted to being online but eh) I.. find it so freaking crazy I was able to do this in not even my second or third try... I *JUST* GOT THIS GAME HOW DOES THAT WORK!?!??! Well- since I did this might as well review BO4's system. I hate how much... well.. hate.. Black Ops 4 got for its mechanics... it just isn't casual friendly, that is why I feel people put this game in disdain. If you are experienced with zombies beforehand, and am a hardcore fan like I am, you'll have fun with Black Ops 4... trust me. What changes is, definitely noticed the health system is different... you always have 4 hits, Juggernog is nonexistent (explain why in a sec) and you regen slower... adds a nice spicy/risky gameplay factor honestly. teaches you to NOT get hit There is an entire overhaul to the perk system... You choose what 4 perks you have in the game and the perk slot you put it in corresponds to the machine you get it from in the map. This perk system removes essentially what Jason Blundell (lead zombies director for BO3 & 4) called 'crutch perks' which essentially were perks you grabbed in EVERY game... like Quick Revive and Juggernog. Your Tonic or Odin perk slot will have a special added modifier too! Only Quick Revive and Staminup are the returning perks lol. I kinda like this perk system ngl, adds variety to every game... you get to experiment and try new perks, or settle for more optimal ones. The old perk system however is still a bit nicer bc of how it pertains to progression :P and then for every game you're able to choose a specialist weapon and starting weapon of your choosing, pretty self explanatory. All in all... I like Black Ops 4... COME AT ME >:P As for the map strategy, it's quite easy to get round 50 with just the Winters Howl and an AAT gun (preferably Brain Rot) You train in the back area of Groom Lake (basically Area 51 from BO1's Moon) until the front area is opened up, the front area is HUGE AND OPEN making it perfect for hoarding, and it adds a nice risky gameplay factor because you at first need to be training in the back teleporter area before the front area is open. LOVE the variety of gameplay here
