T.O.S. - always credit me when posting, using, or redesigning the design. - you may not claim the design as your own or steal it. - you may not redistribute the design as your own work. - you can use the design for personal projects, stories, roleplay, or art, as long as it isn’t inappropriate or harmful. - redesigns are allowed, but: keep the original design recognizable, credit me for the original design, and do not split a redesign and the original into separate characters. - you may resell or trade designs you bought from me, but: don’t charge drastically more than you paid unless you’ve added extra art, wait a reasonable amount of time (about a week) before reselling/trading, and always credit me or link to this T.O.S. when reselling or trading. - freebies or gifted designs are not to be sold for currency, though regifting is allowed if you notify me and credit me. - do not create inappropriate or harmful art using my designs. - be fair and civil in all trades, sales, or interactions regarding my designs. - inspiration or "color-picking" is fine, but do not copy my designs exactly. extras: - breaking any of these rules may result in: the design being revoked and/or potential blacklisting or graylisting from future adopts. - if you are unsure about something (reselling, redesigning, gifting, etc.), ask me first.
