-placement limit 1-3 -the mercany base is a spawning tower that spawn a gunner every every 15 seconds and at level 3 a riot gaurd every 30 seconds - the gunner shoot at burst of bullets at enemys with avrage dps on lv1 to medium dps at lv 2 with medium range -the riot gaurd rushes fast until hes schield breaks then he lose a lot of speed and hit enemys with is baton - as an option bonus you can give it an small damage boost for other turret in his small range
