RELATIONSHIP GUIDELINES ★ Please give this project a thorough read, as TFCRP's rules on relationships and FBL has undergone some changes! 0. REMINDERS – Do NOT plan romance or have your character gain a crush before they reach 6 moons old or older (until they are officially listed as an apprentice if they're a clan cat, even in the cases of delayed ceremonies). – Characters cannot become mates until warrior age. – Kit/apprentice, kit/warrior, and apprentice/warrior ships will NOT be tolerated. – If your apprentice-aged characters were in a romance of some sort and one of them becomes a warrior before the other, please hold off on roleplays until both are warriors. – Please check the family tree before shipping! 1. SAME-CLAN RELATIONSHIPS 1.1. RELATIONSHIP SYSTEM (assuming minimum # of threads) ☆ THREAD 1 – meeting/crushing ☆ THREAD 2 – crushing/dating ☆ THREAD 3 – dating ☆ THREAD 4 – becoming mates ☆ This is only a guideline for the min. # of threads needed to form a relationship. You may use as many threads as you'd like to develop relationships, as long as you have AT LEAST 1 before confession and AT LEAST 3 before becoming mates. 2. FBL RELATIONSHIPS ☆ Reasonings and seeking permissions for FBL relationships have been REMOVED. Roleplayers now only need to present the appropriate number of threads to admins for FBL tracking purposes. ☆ FBL limits are based on the leader of each clan (i.e. punishments/consequences of being caught depending on leadership, more relaxed rules for allied clans). It is up to Admins to notify leaders of changes to the FBL relationship list. 2.1. CRUSH STAGE – Earliest stage (or beginning) of romantic relationship. ☆ WHAT IS IT?: A character realizing or beginning to grasp their feelings for the other person (things like love at first sight and similar are now allowed within reason). ☆ REQUIREMENT: N/A 2.2. DATING STAGE – A middle stage between crushes and mates. ☆ WHAT IS IT?: Feelings are mutually realized and acknowledged, but not to the point where you’re settled down with the other person. ☆ REQUIREMENT: Presentation of at least 1 full studio thread* to advance to this stage. 2.3.
