The Andish Peoples’ Militia is a loosely structured organization built around the power of the leader, the Brigadier General, whose authority extends over every branch of the movement. Revered by followers as both a military strategist and a symbol of unity, the Brigadier General issues orders from the central headquarters, where all major decisions—political, tactical, and logistical—are made. Beneath the Brigadier General is the High Command, a council of trusted officers who act as intermediaries between the Brigadier General and the rest of the militia. Each of these trusted officers manages their own division and report directly the Brigadier General and to the rest of the council. The divisions are the following: Intelligence and Counter Terrorism (ICT) which infiltrates, monitores and disrupts groups that disrupt peace, attempt to harm citizens and harm the solid rock of our democratic union. Service, Outreach, and Logistics (SOL) oversees aid programs and does community outreach. Support, Education and Training (SET) oversees that every Militiaman has sufficient training and support to perform their role in the APM efficiently. Recruitment and Propaganda (RAP) helps recruit new Militiaman and spread the APM's message. It manages its many social media accounts and works closely with the SOL. And lastly Resource and Funding Management (RFM) which keeps track of the APM's vast resources and cracks down on fraud within the organization. It decides how much funding the other divisions receive. These divisions run smoothly together like a well oil machine to ensure the future of the APM The militia itself is divided into Regional Commands, each operating in one of Andovar's 9 provinces. And are all centralized in the capital of their respected province. These regions are led by Regional Commanders, who hold significant power locally but are sworn to obey the Brigadier General’s directives without question. Within each region, smaller units—battalions, companies, and platoons—operate from centers called Peoples Bases. Each PB is responsible for its own public outreach and recruitment.. Though the structure appears rigid, the Brigadier General encourages a sense of shared purpose through periodic gatherings known as Councils of the Banner, where selected representatives from the ranks can present reports or pledges of loyalty. This system combines strict discipline with ceremonial unity, ensuring that even in times of hardship, the militia remains bound by the Brigadier General’s authority and the collective belief that they are the guardians of the Andish people’s future. The entire organization is based in Órdén. Though it is centralized the APM is very far reaching and each PB is its own community. Ære til Andovar
