Narcissistic Personality Disorder, or NPD is the mental health disorder in which someone has a very, /very/ high sense of self importance, and is constantly seeking peoples attention and admiration due to feeling they deserve it. Some symptoms include, but are not limited to: - Extremely high sense of importance - Believing they are better than others - Being envious / jealous of others, or believing others envy them - Insistence on having the best of everything, for Abyssal, that would be the prettiest stones, or the best prey, etc. - Avoidance of any situation that could be harmful or unrewarding to them - And many, many other things! People with NPD usually struggle with either very complicated senses of their self esteem, and they usually can't handle even the slightest criticism. These people also tend to seek anything that produces the reward signal in their brain, such as more novel things, or any kind of physical rewards. Due to this, they tend to be very social and out-going, always seeking more validation, more rewards, more admiration from others. NPD also causes people to become rash or impulsive, especially when they don't get what they want. They expect special favors or treatment, and never ask people to do things for them, they just assume it'll be done, since in their minds they deserve it.
