I've kinda sat here trying to figure out whether I wanted to post this, and finally concluded to just go for it. This song has a little bit of a different meaning for me than maybe it would for most, because for me, it's not about losing someone I love, it's about losing myself. I've hit some really, really low points throughout this year (Someone who was supposed to be my "friend" ghosted me with no explanation because my little sister was being protective of me, I did some regrettable things that ruined me being able to attend in-person school for my junior year of HS, and I broke the trust of the one person who means the most, and that should've been able to count on me) And this specific song for me just kind of expresses the amount of things I wish I had thought more about before I did them.
