I must confess — I was not the biggest fan when I first heard this song. But after being forced to listen to it by a friend, it grew on me. So much so that a song I “wouldn’t listen to” became the one I’m hosting a MAP for…ahhhh the irony of it all But this IS a little different from my previous MAPs, as this will be a PALETTE map. Basically, whenever the song is on the verse, we have a lighter set of colors. When we go into the chorus we get the “true” colors, and get to go dark with it >:3 sounds fun, right? Now, before we get into the characters featured in the thumbnail or discuss parts there is the boring and obligatory run through of your favorite section…rules!! Here we go— ♪ RULES ♪ - No animating in backdrops - 3 sprite max - No plain white backgrounds. Just…don’t. Add more detail or use another color, please no plain white - One part per person, at least initially - Remix the project so I can find your part - Blood is allowed, but remember to keep things scratch friendly! - Thumbnail entries are encouraged! - The usual no stealing, AI, or gacha - PLEASE follow the colors assigned to your part! The only exceptions to palette are black, skin colors, and white - The code is your least favorite type of bird - I’m looking for intermediate artists. Initially who you seen onscreen is my leading lady of a story I wrote (with a friend). My lovely character is called Angeline, and she’s got a couple of problems. The first being her current boyfriend, who seems to think being in a relationship means keeping secrets and being so busy with business trips that you see your significant other maybe once a month and no texting in between. The second problem is a young masked upstart causing trouble in the city—threatening leaders, challenging heroes, and…saving Angeline? Yeah, she’s not sure how to feel about that either. And soon, she’ll be forced to choose between the devil that she does know or the wild card. Stay with her current boyfriend, and spend the rest of her time chasing his attention? Or go with the stranger, and risk getting to see a side of the city best left hidden….? Yeah, I’m advertising my book lol- it’s actually almost completely written, and I’m hoping to be able to release it on here! Hopefully this MAP will be a good way to meet the characters ;D anyways!
