I'll check in with all animators on November 5th. ✃ — — — — Hi! :) Welcome to "With You", an OC palette MAP! MAP = Multi-Animator Project OC = Original Character (use your own character) Palette = Specific color theme (I love this palette sm!!) Theme: This MAP is about friendship ✨. Participants can showcase their characters' relationships, backstories, etc. The mood of the animation should be happy/bittersweet. ✃ — — — — NOTE: Please remember to put school, exams, and other commitments first! This MAP is just for fun, so don’t stress or feel pressured to join if life gets busy. I’m saying this for myself too haha (I won’t even be starting my part until 11/1 since I have important things before then). <3 - AWC ✃ — — — — R U L E S + I N F O I'm sorry in advance for all the reading XD ★ Animation program: Scratch bitmap/vector. I’ve always wanted to see a fully Scratch-animated MAP! I’m not against other programs (I use Procreate Dreams a lot myself), but I thought it’d be cool to show that you don’t need an expensive app to create great animations. After all, most of us started on Scratch. ★ This MAP is best suited for animators familiar with Scratch bitmap/vector. Please don’t feel discouraged if you aren’t accepted. Some aspects I look for in animations are purely preference-based, so it’s not necessarily about skill. I’ll still leave a heart on your example project to show I reviewed it! ★ Use your own characters please. There should be at least 2 characters in your part. ★ Part length ranges from 5 to 7 seconds ★ No guilt tripping ★ No violence (it should follow the community guidelines) ★ 1 to 3 sprites ★ No lyrics in your part (I will be adding some) ★ Follow the palette please! This includes the color for the line art. ★ If any message blocks are used, please name them in this format: "part # +" Ex: 4 + or 5 ++ ★ Transitions are optional! If you decide to make one, do it at the end of your part, not the beginning (to avoid double transitions from 1 part to the next). :) ★ THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE: Have fun! This project should not be stressful in any way, so if you need to collab, have an extension, or drop out, please let me know! I'll probably check in with everyone on November 5th. You can reserve a part for 1 week. The thumbnail can be made in any art program, though it would be extra cool if it’s drawn in Scratch.
