tw: vent i think? sorry i'm new to twing stuff xD i've never been good with tones. yes, i can convey my ideas fine, the wording isn't the issue. it's the emotion. i'll say something in what sounds to me like a Perfectly Normal Tone and the next thing i know, the person i'm talking to says "why are you mad at me?" and i have to clarify for what feels like the thousandth time that no, i'm not upset, i'm tired and i don't know how i sound. if i AM angry at someone, i can make that clear and we can discuss it like civilised people. but it's so frustrating when i tell someone for the fifth time this week that if i'm mad at them they'll know but they can't tell just from my tone, and then five minutes later they snap at me because i talked wrong.
