If you are curious how to get one yourself, type %15 into the search bar, copy paste (CTRL V + CTRL C) the rectangle that is replaced by it, go into a project and create a custom block with the exact name. Clicking on them may or may not crash your browser so be careful! Do not backpack them as they serve no use.
What they can and can not do: They can not be.. - connected/attached to other blocks - used as normal code blocks - affected by other blocks They can be.. - put in other sprites, and even the backpack - duplicated That’s kind of it.
