Story(1st person as the character): I stepped into the moonlight, my paw soaking up the droplets on the grass, as it had rained during the day. I gazed up at the moon, which was strangely purple today. I tried to clear my mind from the stress of running away from my clan, but that just caused more thoughts to come bombarding my brain. My clan had done so much for me. Fed me food, give me shelter, be a family. But, clearly I couldn’t take the responsibility. Why did I leave, just why? Then, the realization hit me. They were never going to welcome be back. They probably think of me as a traitor, leaving them just like that. My mother and father are probably so worried right now. I turn my head around and see the swaying reeds glowing under the purple moonlight. I sighed, and heaved myself off my sorry butt. I should start hunting. It won’t be as easy as hunting with friends, but I can do it myself just fine. And so, I walked into the dim lit forest following the scent trail of a hare.
Yes, yes, I know, I’m supposed to do a backstory, not a story. But, I thought it would be fun, so hopefully you don’t mind!
