Designed in 1892 as an Improvement of the Cazador and it's later Variant the Caimán-Class/Categoría-16, it was designed with a turret capable of 360 Degree movement, armed with a heavy duty machine gun. It was used in Lake Desconocido and the Desconocido River throught the Great Spiritus War, and variants produced by Demain would be able to be deployed from larger ships such as Battleships, Seaplane Tenders, and Battlecrusiers. The Ship consisted of 3 Crew, the Driver, Gunner, and Loader who'd also function as the Maintence Man aboard the ship. Although later into the Great Spiritus War they stopped using loaders as much and instead taught the Gunner and Driver how to do it to save on recruits. Production of the Grande-Class was slow at first only 85 being produced through 1892,1895, but it would speed up during the "Grand Conference" where the industrial capabilities of Enojo were expanded upon in less then a decade, with Enojo producing almost 700 more of the gunboats alongside Demain. Countries like Lyn also purchased Licenses for the ships, and produced 150 or more by themselves through 1896-1901.
