Listen.... You're not a horrible person. Ik everyone of your friends said this already, but know this: Just because everyone is losing hope on you, is FAR from being the worst person ever. You're already trying your best, this one detail is enough to prove you that you're not the worst person. And also, remember this: "The more you continue on the bad part, the more you'll suffer in life" That is what you're doing right now, focusing on the bad part. And that's why you're life is now hell. But know that life was ALWAYS hell, you just gotta focus on the good part to enjoy life, that's the secret key. You may ask: "How can I focus on the good part?" I'll give you some tips to get yourself out of this. 1. Ask what will make your parents happy. Ik that they want you to study and stuff, but by that I mean that ask them what to do and what not to do, and if you think something is causing my downfall, ask them what it is. If they're saying your device and internet is the thing causing your downfall, you mignt not like this advice but listen to them, ik they're strict and it's hard to live without it, but it will make your life a bit better. And if they say that you should study, Study, ik it's hard to remember the informations in the books but you have no choice but to try to remember them. But also tell them that they should STILL give you break time, like for 15-30 minutes. You can't learn and study without break time, if you COULD learn everything without studying, school wouldn't have break time! if they say that you can't use your device in break time either, then you should distract yourself with something else, BUT if they say that you SHOULDN'T have break time, then don't accept it, no one ever got good grades without break time, if you accept it, your life will be worse. 2. Stop saying that you're a bad person. The more you give negative energy to youself, the more you'll suffer in life. You should find a way to get all of the negative emotions out of yourself and replace them with the good ones. Example: instead of saying "I'm the worst person ever!" Say "I'm trying my best to succeed in life, and that makes me a good person!" Remember, you don't need anyone to say you're a good person or a bad person, as long as you're trying your best, there's nothing to worry about <33 3. Deal with the bullies. I'm pretty sure that you have some bullies in school that you're feeling like this, they insult you so they could have fun. But here's a way to deal with them. You see, if you pay attention, bullies only make fun of people that are weaker than them, always. You can already tell that they don't bully some specific classmates, and who are those classmates? The ones that are stronger than them, they won't even dare to do a single insult to them! So, the key to them leaving you alone is to be prepared of them, if you try to prepare for them, that will make you stronger than them. Bullies HATE when their prey for making fun of is no longer scared and is stronger. They pray that they don't see that strong side of you so they could have fun, if you managed to get stronger than them and they say that you ruined their life, don't think you're a horrible person. They bullied you in the first place, and now the roles are swapped, if they said that they won't bully you again after you get stronger than them, then it's safe to forgive them and be friends (for now) but if they did it again, don't forgive them ever again. 4. Don't do a fake smile If something REALLY hurts, don't hide it, a fake smile won't make your life better cause it will keep the negative emotions to yourself. Instead, try to get them out of yourself, if you get them out, you will be stronger and prepared. You may ask: "how can I do that though?" If you want to get the negative emotions out of yourself, you should show your REAL emotions, yes, you know which things I'm going for, CRYING! That's right, a fake smile won't change everything, but crying can. Everytime you cry, you get stronger and get the negative emotions out of yourself. If your parents say that you shouldn't cry even when it hurts, don't listen to them. Once you get all the negative emotions out of yourself, you stop crying, and you will notice that you feel better, right? Yes, it WILL make your life better. It doesn't matter how long it will take to get all the negative emotions out, don't stop until you won't have any negative emotions inside, but don't cry for too long since you mignt choke after that, when you gained breath then start again until all of them are out. 5. Always be proud of yourself. This tip might not be useful, but let me tell you this: For example your maximum grade in your school is 100 If you got 99 out of 100 but your parents still yell at you and call you a failure, then they shouldn't have got you in the first place, trust me, they never got full grades in all of their tests, if you only have a few number away from the full grade, be proud of yourself
