1. only ping me after 2 days UNLESS I SAY TO PING ME EARLIER. if you ping me before 2 days i will be more demotivated 2. if it's on the rolling project, and you want to ping ME please say 'ping for yenisei' or i will NOT see it. i get 70 messages on average daily i do not know which are relevant to me Additionally, while I do appreciate things like 'thank you!!' on the rollproj i do not prefer them as they do get quite spammy. you are free to say thank you as much as you want as i will not take any actions to stop you but just as an fyi i would highly prefer if not
