Hello, everyone, and welcome to the second round of staff applications for ILA. We only got one entry on the previous one, so it was decided that we would try again. And this time, we actually have people who know of the roleplay. Only 2 more people will be accepted for the general administration role, but there will be other chances to gain admin helper, bio accepter, activity notifier, storage manager, etc. Check https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/846405/?page=1#post-8782657 for the basic info (most of which will be revised) on the roleplay. On to the questions ; 1. Username + Nickname 2. Pronouns 3. Quick about-me 4. Activity level (1-10, what days, commitments*, etc) 5. Prior experience (if none, put n/a) * Section one / General * 1. What motivates you to be a moderator for this roleplay? Why do you feel you are a good fit? 2. Do you have any prior experience moderating online communities (roleplays, chaos servers, etc), and what did you learn from it? 3. What do you see as the primary responsibilities of a moderator? How do you think a moderator contributes to a positive community atmosphere? 4. What kind of time commitment can you REALISTICALLY offer for moderation duties? (This means don’t say “I’m active 24/7!” While it’s not impossible, it’s not plausible.) 5. You receive a report that a member’s character has a backstory or plot point that makes another member uncomfortable, though it doesn’t explicitly violate a written rule. How would you address this delicate issue?
opening ; 11 , 06 , 25 warning ; 11 , 17 , 25 closing ; 11 , 20 , 25 note ; if or how much prior experience as a staff member will not affect how you're chosen. as long as you're not bigoted and a kind person, you have nothing to worry about ! there may be a second set of staff applications once everything is smoothed out, so don't be discouraged if you aren't accepted for this one.
