He woke up with his head hurting, as if it was split open. He noticed two things when he woke up. One, he was in a metal box of some sort, moving upwards really fast. Two, he couldn’t remember anything’ , Completely nothing. He tried to escape but every attempt failed. Then it stopped, it just slammed to a halt. The top hinges began to creak as the top began to slowly open, revealing the blue sky above, as well as several young women and men staring down at him. He climbed out of the box and did what came to mind first, he ran. He didn't get far, though. He looked around at the place where he was. All around him were large walls that were hundreds of feet tall and seemed to be made of concrete.the group of teens caught up with him as he got up from the ground. Most of them walked away after taking in his looks, three stayed behind and walked him to a nearby makeshift building. Inside, there was a long log that had the top cut off and was smooth to the touch. On each side were rows of stumps with backs hammered into them, which he assumed were chairs. Each of the teens took a seat in one of the chairs. “Please, sit” one of the men told him, he was at the end of the table and he assumed that the guy was in charge. “ I am Ace, these are Chris and Will. welcome to the Labyrinth”. He watched as he pointed around the room as he finished the sentence. “This is where you have been put. I guess you have no memory, either.” He nodded and listened as he explained the place. He noticed the look on his face was confused and worried. “ Don't worry, none of us remember life before coming here, either. And you will like it here as long as you follow our rules. Number one, no leaving. Number two, do your part. And number three, no fighting other raiders. Chris here will brief you on this place a little more.” Ace said to him. “Whats your name?” he struggled but eventually it came to mind. “James.” He was told to follow one of them around today so he got up and they left. He was going to be taking a tour with Will. He had briefed James on most things they knew. “Who put us in here?” James wanted answers. “And why did they trap us in the labyrinth?” He was very curious about its creators. “H.I.D.D. and we don't know why we are here.” Then they stopped by a vacant house. “This will be your house where you will be living.” He walked inside his new home. He was amazed by the delicate craftsmanship despite it being makeshift. “You are gonna be a farmer. Its getting late, get some rest.”
