I'VE BEEN HAVING IDEAS. MANY IDEAS. BAD IDEAS. BUT I MUST SHARE THEM EEEEEE Some of you OG people may remember my comic, "Where The Fire Ends" (WtFE) that I made 2 chapters of before giving up on. It had no thought out story, and it was hard to continue. The world was a blend of both fantasy AND realistic, which just- I'm bad at that. I have 2 worlds for a reason. Can they cross over? Yeah. But they're SEPERATE. Anyways, when I announced the discontinuation of WtFE, I also announced that I had the idea for 2 new comics. These comics are Shattered and The Corruption. I wasn't sure if I should make Shattered AFTER as a sequel or The Corruption after as a prequel. That was problem 1. Problem 2: I made A BUNCH of character concepts for it, but they were only designs and had no personality. This was also during my JSAB era so they were all based on songs from the game or other EDM. The Corruption especially flopped, as I didn't know what to do for it AT ALL. Shattered is actually still around and has a basic idea of plot, but I just don't wanna make it. :'< NOW. I had a brand new idea! I want to make a comic about my humanoid OCs, Phi and Silver. Specifically during their childhood, which would be set in around the 70s-80s based on their ages. That does come with problems of its own but I feel like I have ways of bypassing it or working with it There are many perks to making THIS story instead of one of my other ones. The ending of the story is set, but YOU don't know how it goes, only I do and a select few I've already told. It takes place before the current plot of my world so it makes sense that it would all fall in place in order to get to that point. Also, most of the characters are developed and set in because I needed them for this backstory. Also, once I FINISH it I can drop hints about all the things that happen to the characters in CURRENT time >:D There are some drawbacks, though. drawing humans or humanoids over and over is TOUGH. They're far harder to pose and draw than the usual cat or wolf that most Scratch comics have (seriously, why are they all cats or wolves? no judgement but it's funny it ended up that way XD ). Also since not many people on scratch can actually draw people, there probably wouldn't be a ton of fanart sadly :') Comics are also TIRING! I have many periods of just doing nothing so that could mess with it if I somehow lose motivation- What do you think? should I start making some concepts?
Lucy is sadly not in the comic I just needed a thumbnail ToT
