TW FOR BLO0DY NOSE AND VI0LENCE!!! click or press any key this is my oc levi my FAVORITE ever he is not actually new but this is the first time i've actually drawn him and it's making me ridiculously happy i did a photobash of him the other day and drew the first portrait of him using the photobash as a reference and then i used that drawing as a reference for the other drawing if thats not too complicated 2. is the rough sketch and then 3. is the finished render i am pretty proud of this piece and had a lot of fun drawing it and now that im posting it im realizing that uhhhh i forgot to render one of his ears but it's really late and neither me nor my ancient computer have the energy to reupload a fixed version so here you go also ignore how his hair changes lengths im very happy with myself bc i think i've improved SO much even since starting this account. like this the first scene/environment i've drawn where i'm not using HEAVY reference, not to mention i drew a character's face consistently which i SUCK at. AND this is like the first real background i've drawn without crazy referencing??? the grass looks kind of buns but i'm happy with the clouds and lighting. i'm also starting to get better at anatomy which i've been struggling with for literal years. sorry for yapping i just havent really seen this much improvement in my art since like i started drawing this is lowk big for me but uhhh now that im looking at it there are some lighting things i want to change and also i need to add more contrast... i really am unfortunately my own worst critic but at least being able to notice these things means i can improve from them next time! ok here is bro's lore: so it's very complicated because he's existed as a concept for a VERY long time and has basically applied to many things so i am still trying to figure out his concrete story now that i'm making him like actually exist working story is that he does not have the best life (like every oc ever) for reasons that idk are scratch friendly?? to him it really doesn't seem that bad but it effects him in ways he isn't aware of ie anger issues as seen here he is also gay and kinda sorta in love with his straight best friend of seven years so basically him and said best friend get into an argument of SOME sort (i'm not sure what yet) and a uhh mild battle of sorts ensues that changes the course of their relationship. his nose is like that because he lives in a very dry climate. maybe i'll draw the straight best friend next!
does it defeat the purpose of the tw to set it as the thumbnail should i change the thumbnail
