So, as you hopefully know, loners work differently than the packs do. There are seven major things about loner gameplay that will be highlighted in this project. For clarification, any rule marked with a * only refers to biological loners, not wolves who left their packs. *1. Loners don't have DPs. This is obvious, partially. However, this extends to half-loners, who are wolves born to a loner and a pack wolf. These pups cannot have DPs. Any wolf with more than 50% loner bIood cannot have a DP, though half-loners are eligible for training. 2. Loners can visit packs' territories. Any loner, unless a pack has a specific reason not to allow them, can visit the territories of any pack. 3. Loners, unlike the packs, have no PackLaw! Some former pack wolves may still choose to follow it, but they don't have to. *4. Loners are normal wolves! They don't have any special colouring or anything. As long as an IRL wolf can be that colour, you're fine! 5. Loners can have more flexible names! You're allowed to name a loner with a prefixsuffix name, a one word name, a two word name, a seventeen word name, or anything, as long as a loner would know what it is. Some things, such as Nail, Wrench, and Bow, are allowed only for loners. However, anything with a negative connotation is not allowed. (Ie. naming a wolf with Tyrosine Deficiency Rusty Screw is not allowed, but naming a naturally reddish wolf Rusty Screw is!) 6. The Dragon, a strange entity, k!lls one loner for every hundred, in unnoticeable and varying ways. Some may be po!soned, others svffocated, and still others seem to have d!ed in their sleep. Don't worry, though! There's a 1% chance of your wolf dy!ng, and only once there are 100 loners, which will be in... like, 21000 years. 7. Loner groups/minipacks! This is the fun one, and probably the only reason that anyone would want to become a loner. If your loner group gets 25 members, you can make it an official group! Once it gets to 75, it can become a real pack. Be creative with these, as loners' territory is very varied! Note: Loner packs do NOT get either special looks or DPs! Other than that, loners work in pretty much the exact same way as pack wolves.
