This is Sonic.DASANI, a new entity and the progenitor of the .DASANI species of anomalous beings. Being made of 100% Dasani water, it had decided to possess a version of Sonic, allowing it to gain a physical form and corrupt a series of victims to serve it. The entity later assumed the identity of "Sonic.DASANI" and joined the Exe Empire, befriending Tails.DIO. (Who I will try to also make sprites for)
