Higher ranking sheep in the government may be called shepherds. There is a lot of stigma about wolves and they are seen as evil. Oke, but the thing here is that everyone is actually a wolf. The "sheep" are really "wolves in sheep's clothing." They mainly focus on hiding their fangs, hair color, and ears. All "sheep" have light hair. Wolves all have dark markings under their eyes that mimic fur patterns. Those can be in any shape. For example: Onyx has theirs on the outer edge of their eyes, but Reign has them more towards the center. Another wolf that I haven't designed yet has markings that look like if tears stained their face. Their hair can be any color, but most of the time, their hair and eyes are shades of grey. When they feel strong emotions, glowing slit pupils will appear in their eyes and their markings will grow. They also are sort of like werewolves, but they transform when they are really emotional and their wolf forms may be designed like mythical creatures or something. This world is supposed to mostly explore topics of morality or something, I don't really know how to explain this, uhhhh :D In the other world I created, dead animals are reborn as spirits. Uhh, aborted children, stillborns, and others that died before reaching the average age when they can sort of communicate or travel don't count. Spirits have a core and the rest are made of a kind of mist. Their color palettes are monochromatic because their core is one glowing color that can affect the mist, which is greyish. Their core is kind of their mind, and it controls the mist. The mist takes a form based on the spirit's identity, beliefs, and experiences, so if a spirit has an identity crisis or has multiple personalities, they can technically change forms or be a shapeshifter. Because of this, they can look like some eldritch horror or a pretty mythical creature, so some of them can lead cults, I think. This world was created to explore themes of identity and stuff, but that might rely on a community also existing, which is kinda hard because humans don't exist here or at least extinct. I might change this world later :D Quick summaries of each character: Onyx is delusional and thinks that they are a sheep (they are a wolf). When they find other wolves disguised as sheep, they use scissors :) They are scared of mirrors and other reflective objects (windows and even water). They have shiny scissors but don't look at them while holding the scissors, and they don't make eye contact either because they can see their reflection in others' eyes. In their school uniform, they wear socks that go up to their knees, not tights btw. Reign is obsessed with attention, the being looked at or worried about kind, so they collect eyes, usually harvested by themself ;). They will show off injuries to get concern from others. They stare into mirrors a lot because they've been told, like a lot of characters with dead mums do, that they have their mom's eyes, and she's the one person who cannot look at and give attention to them (the rest are mostly preserved eyes at this point), but "her" eyes can. That's why Reign is very dedicated to keeping their eyes healthy. Uhhh, they are quite outgoing, but they like being pitied a bit too much and when that starts to concern and make their friends become more distant, they go into a depressed phase to try and regain their favor and pity (they actually get really depressed tho), and that usually ends in them doing some extreme action to test whether their friend still really cares (faking their kidnapping, stuff like that). Usually, the person is too scared of Reign (because they're starting to seem a bit insane) to go and get involved in this situation, so then Reign decides that that person is not truly that person and deletes them before stealing their eyes, believing that those eyes are truly them. Mop has no brain. I am Mop and Mop is I. Aconitum is a spirit. I had a story and then I scrapped it. She's pretty :D Dionaea is also a spirit. They crave attention like Reign, but they want praise more than pity and that manifests as jealousy, not a passion for eye collecting :) I think they lead a cult or something, but I haven't decided that part yet :D
