RJ250 | Aelos ____________________________________________ The Aelos RJ250 is a regional twinjet airliner meant for short to medium range flights. It’s of similar size to the Embraer E175-E2 or Mitsubishi SpaceJet M90, designed to bridge the gap between turboprops like the Aelos R275 and larger narrowbodies like the future J250. The RJ250 is powered by two AJ-350 geared turbofan engines, developed in-house by Aelos for maximum efficiency and reduced emissions. The AJ-350 engines can also be purchased separately for other aircraft manufacturers. They’ve been tested, but we would still appreciate any information about the performance of the engines if possible. As usual, the engines have been made in-house and refined for high reliability and optimized fuel efficiency. The RJ250 is intended for airlines looking to step up from turboprops, or right-size routes where A320s or 737s are too large. I haven't made any liveries yet, but feel free to design your own in the meantime :] ____________________________________________ Purchasing and Spec Sheet ____________________________________________ The cost of this plane is 38 million dollars without any customizations. You can buy this aircraft as an airline or as a private aircraft, though its pretty useless as one unless you're using it as a private jet or something, in which case costs can reach up to 45 million. This aircraft is not made for being a private jet, however. A better choice would be to buy the JP-200 - https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1181250067 Customizations - Custom livery - Free!
