Input the information the Scratch Cat asks you for, and it will give you a secure password to use for a website. (Does not have to be real information, of course.) This algorithm will output the same password with the same inputs every time, so you can have a secure password for every site with this algorithm or something similar. The goal of this project was to eliminate the need to remember a bunch of complex passwords for each website. An algorithm like this will provide easy access to all your passwords without needing to keep them somewhere that isn't secure.
The idea for this project came from Project STEM. Many of the ideas for what to put in it came from my teacher and classmates; we worked on a general outline together as a class. I really enjoyed working on this project. It was a good challenge working on it and very much validating when I finally got it to work.
