Yes, I'm fine. Don't worry, it was quite painless and I only cried when I saw all the ketchup on the floor. I get to skip out on gym for a week!!! I shared this so you could have a laugh with me because it was really such a stupid injury, and I wanted to make sure you stayed safe too if anything like this happened to you! (but it probably won't don't worry you are safe :)
