Of all the intro creators on Scratch, @wolther has been actively making intros for the longest time. I decided to make an intro for him. Enjoy! I went with a simple, clean yet fast-paced design on this one. Low effects, no shapes. I used an old intro of mine for an engine, and modified it to create the motion blur.
