On September 1st, 1998, 3 CEOs of their own respective companies would come together as one unit known as The Gun Guild in order to complete a set of common goals. These three were Spencer Hudson of Eastward Tec, Tanker G. Hudson of ESS Corp, and Marcus E. Torchwall of X-Tech and Co, formerly known as Torchwall Establishments. ESS Corp is a military support company that is founded and currently owned by Tanker G. Hudson. Tanker was, according to those that knew him, a very strange man. In public, no matter if he was being recorded or not, he always wore a gas mask. The company itself is most well-known for training a set of mercenaries to go on various tasks. Tanker and his company often served as the physical force of the Gun Guild. Tanker is the cousin of Spencer Hudson, the man that brought all three together. Hudson Industries, founded and run by Spencer Hudson, is a company known for its intricate, professionalized robotics. Spencer Hudson is a genius when it comes to all things mechanical, as he has dominated the smartest individuals in the world with just a few tin scraps. Due to an undisclosed cause, several years ago, Spencer lost an arm to said cause. However, he was able to replace it with an extremely advanced prosthetic arm in just a day after the incident. As he presented this feature and started building a company, his persistence had inspired many brilliant mechanics and engineers to join Hudson Industries, ultimately helping out on an artificial ability to manipulate machines. That and the fact that they've managed to code seemingly sentient artificial intelligence systems. Though, according to a surprisingly vast amount of people, Spencer is also a master manipulator beneath the appeal. Several sources theorize that he was the one to bring the trio together to form the Gun Guild. Spencer plays the role of finding the best ways to ensure that all ambitions are met perfectly. X-Tech and Co, currently owned by Marcus E. Torhcwall and managed by Lloyd Torchwall, is a company that focuses on researching, containing, and experimenting on the supernatural, paranormal and normal forces of the world. Once done, they find whatever ways they can to transform these into completely original products in order to "Enhance the world." They are currently considered the largest and most efficient of the three companies, as they bring to life seemingly any ambitions. This of course comes from Marcus Torchwall, a very ambitious man. Marcus is the one who sets up all the ambitions and most of the goals of the Gun Guild as well. Although X-Tech and Co. may be one of the largest companies in the world, it wasn't always this way. A few years prior to now, they were known as Torchwall Establishments, as all three of the Torchwall brothers who started the company together. Marcus, Lloyd, and Jason Torchwall started their company as a small radio company. Though, over time, the brothers found unique ways to pair sound frequencies and technology, eventually creating what they called radio-stasis technology. After bringing this idea to the world, Torchwall Establishments began to grow an immense number of supporters. Jason seemed to be the only one who kept his original passion. One day, the three brothers had a falling out, which led to Jason quitting the company. Rumors are that Jason had begun completely shut out of power from the company before abandoning it. After Jason left, Marcus and Lloyd decided to rebrand Torchwall Establishments to X-Tech and Co, which is the current name for the company. The three companies mysteriously vanished around the same time that their enemies had launched a full-blown attack. Though now, no one knows the whereabouts of anyone in the Gun Guild.
