Takeus's blood easily spread within water. Unfortunately, Takeus's blood contain a bit of Plutonium. The blood ran over her gills, turning her into a 65 meter tall Kaiju. She was on Surabaya, and she got ability to steal dreams and convert them into Energy for the Dream Beam. But, she can't convert fever dreams into Energy for the dream beam.
