✩INTRO✩ Hii, today we are going to be reviewing @Skye_Luna_Music 's album In My Head. Warning, there will be genuine feedback for her, not just saying what everyone wants to hear. If you think this will upset you, you may click off <33 ✩ALBUM REVIEW✩ In My Head (title track) Luna really delivered with the title track! It's emotional and poignant with lyrics, however it isn't ALL good. She's a bit off key in a few points, and I think, in many times, her microphone is a bit scratchy. However, we must consider that she's being very resourceful with the equipment she has, and the fact that she's able to produce a song like this at all is amazing! {----} Treadmill I really liked the lyrics! It would sound professional, except for a few things I will mention later. I'm really really impressed, I feel like the melody has a certain flow that the last song didn't have, and the backing vocals/harmonies are better as well! :) I have about the same feedback at the last track; a scratchy mic, off key. Other than that, great track! {----} Question The beginning lost me with the singing, and I thought it would eventually get better. But it's pitchy, I can't lie to my viewers and say it isn't. I believe you can get better Luna, though, you just have to keep practicing, maybe take professional lessons somewhere. There were definitely highlights, like the refrain. I thought that was sung beautifully. However, this track is probably my least favorite on the EP/Album </3 {----} Gray World This song is such an emo anthem. #GrayWorldEmoAnthem if you agree. I love the emotional lyrics. I think just doing a few more takes and focusing on staying on pitch could really make this song much better. I love it though period <33 {----} Never Thought I love that this track is going for an experimental vibe, it's refreshing to here something different! However, the "beatstars.com" does take away from the song. At least it's on beat lol. Also.. the "so glad" in Verse 1 ate uppp. This song is such a fun (almost) end to the album, and I was genuinely vibing to it as I listened. I really like this song, it might be favorite on the EP, tbh. Same feedback as last song, but I feel like it's less pitchy and this song supports her range much more <3 However, near the end, the backing vocals are a bit too loud and overpower the main vocals. {----} Live Freely (feat. ) You can definitely tell this was mixed by our queen, Eva. We love a lower voice-higher voice duo!! (Not sure if Luna is an alto so I just said that instead of alto-soprano) I honestly feel like it's a really good song. ✩OUTRO✩ So overall, I liked the album! While Luna has some areas to improve in, In My Head is a great album! Final Rating: 6/10 P.S: Also, I only looked at the EP, not the two other tracks she released that do not have the album cover art on them. I can make a seperate project for those if this gets enough engagement ^__^
