Yamms was born on Planet Malkadar in universe 9, but not as a high-class Saiyan. As one of the rare “Super Saiyans” warriors whose ki is linked with cosmic energy. (what they called them because they didnt know a real super saiyan) During a mission to conquer a distant world Yamms was betrayed by his own squad the King and elites. They feared him so they trapped, and stranded him in a collapsing star. Which is how he got his scars Instead of dying Yamms was pulled into the heart of the dying star. The energy fused with his Saiyan blood which mutated his ki into something unstable. After testing the new power by killing all the Saiyans on Malkadar he roamed the galaxy testing himself against gods mortals and monsters. He seeks not only conquest but proof. Proof that his existence has meaning beyond betrayal and survival. He needs to master the unstable cosmic ki before it destroys him.
