Based on Jim's Computer. Sounds (edited) from Pixabay and Myinstants. Story explained (spoilers below, play the game before viewing this): Jimmy has a psychological disorder caused by long-term loneliness. He is constantly hallucinating and paranoid. Not everything he sees is real. It is up to you to differentiate perception and reality. Day 1: Jimmy gets a new computer and proceeds to read the news, revealing a newly constructed chemical refinery. The shop contains some random items, and the chat is offline. Items that you purchase can be found outside. Upon touching the box, you will be granted the item you purchased. Night 1: Jimmy wakes up in the middle of the night and fears there is someone in his house. He proceeds to check the closets, finding nothing inside. Relieved, he returns to sleep. Day 2: Jimmy wakes up and reads the news, discovering that a person has recently gone missing. Not thinking much of it, he continues with his regular day. The chat is now open, but nobody has sent you any mail. Night 2: Jimmy once again wakes up and checks the closets. There is nothing inside. Day 3: The daily news specifies that three more people have gone missing. The chief of the police department remarks that there isn't a single lead. The chat is still empty, but not for long. You are not able to send any messages of your own. This is intentional. Night 4: Jimmy wakes up and checks the closets, but before long, the PC turns on. Opening the chat, you will see an unknown sender has sent you a message saying "Prepare." You faint on the spot. However, it doesn't seem very likely for a mysterious person to send you messages in the middle of the night, does it? You may have guessed that this night is a hallucination, a nightmare. The fainting was a part of waking up. Day 4: Jimmy starts to prepare for the apocolypse. The news haven't been improving, now people are questioning the mayor and demanding further information regarding the repeat cases. Night 4: Jimmy wakes up and checks the closets. However, this time, a loud banging noise comes from outside. Jimmy goes to investigate and encounters an entity that chases him back to his bed, where he meets his demise. Don't worry, he is not dead. This encounter was just a nightmare, and Jimmy wakes up safe and sound. Day 5: Jimmy has had enough. He purchases a hammer, planks, and a censored black object. The hammer and planks can be used to board up the windows, but the censored black object has a more... sinister purpose. Night 5: The final night. Jimmy wakes up and checks the closets and begins hearing the banging noises again. The banging noise begins getting louder and louder, and Jimmy pulls out the censored object and holds it in front of him. It's a gun. As the banging progressively increases in volume, Jimmy's breathing becomes heavy, until he can't take the pressure anymore. He raises the gun and points it at himself. The rest can be inferred. Although not obvious at first, this night was not a nightmare, but a distorted reality. A hallucination. The banging noise were just in Jimmy's head, but the gun... was real.
