third times the charm! hello everyone who is seeing this, i’m jousei, the gaehive’s local heartlink, jjba selfshipper and itv regional expert! i go by she/they often (when not referring to my hearttypes), i have been on the gaehive for around a year and a half, and seen a lot of stuff go down during that time, also, i am a manager of the roleplay offshoot of the gaehive, the rphive! i am 13 (turning 14 next march!) and my timezone is gmt/bst (british time zones are weird so i often just say gmt), i am active from around 6am to 10pm, though monday to friday i may be away at some points due to school (sigh) i would be a good manager because i can often be quick to act to things, whether that be someone needing euphoria, name testing or spam in their notifs, or whether it’s closing the hive if there’s a raid or the counters gone down to zero, i’m also enthusiastic and is free for anyone to vent or chat to! my struggles is that i often don’t take negative comments about me pretty well, often deleting them, i might not be able to see why a comment might break the rules (mainly with stuff like vagueposting) and i’m often not active when the hive is at its most active because i’ll be asleep (cons of being british), also another one is that often i’m prone to thinking the worst outcome of a situation will happen even when it probably won’t i want to be a manager because i wish to make this place a more positive environment, it’s been on a bit of a downwards spiral as of late, and i wish to change that! what sets me apart from other candidates is that i’m bursting full of enthusiasm and energy! i’m always free to do anything for the hive, whether those be games, interactives, whatever i’m in the mood for! i hope (and this is certainly a hope) to help make the gaehive a better environment for everyone, the gaehives been having a lot of issues about people not making it a safe space as of late but i want to make it back into a safe space for all, i mean, isn’t that the tagline of the studio? being a manager in the gaehive entails being able to have the energy to answer lots of questions asked to you, being able to enforce the rules of the studio in a respectful way and spreading positivity throughout the studio! i suggest @ianquish and @BetterKeepCalm to become managers, as they’re respectful, kind, and could bring a lot to the studio! phew, that was a lot, certainly my most detailed out of all of my manager applications (for the moment)
