=Who am I?= Hi, my nickname on here is Squirt though just calling me hot655 is fine. Not LGBTQ+ (but am an ally). I've been on the Gaehive since 2023. My timezone is currently GMT though it switches to BST at some point in the year. I'm 14 and on a school day I'd usually be online from 7am-8am and 4:30pm-10:45pm GMT/BST. =Why Would I Be A Good Manager?= - Experience Moderating Offsite Places - Quite Calm - Experience Using Scratch, Knows How To Communicate With Scratch Team Well =Cons= - Has to divide time to some extent, ie. moderating other places (double-edged sword), making stuff for YouTube - A bit less active on Gaehive then I was back in Spring. =Why Do I Want To Be A Manager?= Well, I think in general I just want to help other people and make Gaehive a better place. Also, I feel like being a manager could possibly help me document stuff on the Gaehive Wiki (which I now manage) easier, as I'd possibly have quicker access to information, and I do seek the Gaehive Wiki to be one of the most helpful sources of information on the Gaehive to newbies. =What Sets Me Apart From Everyone Else?= I'm quite active (albeit to a lesser extent than a bit ago) on Discusshive, which means I'm more aware of the issues affecting the studio then some other users. Also, while there is now a British manager tbf, possibly having multiple on could still help. Admittedly do feel like I've kinda lost some of my uniqueness :P =What Would I Improve About The Gaehive Once Manager?= -Utilise it to further contribute to the Gaehive Wiki to create an easy source of information -Possibly revive the Gaehive Conflict Resolution studio, as it feels like the studio has matured somewhat since the time it existed and thus could handle it better. - Make a studio where Gaehivians can perhaps share their music taste and provide recommendations on what to listen to. =What Does Being A Gaehive Manager Entail?= A Gaehive manager, while not perfect, could serve as a role model to others, a helper of new users, and an overall contributor towards the greater good of Gaehive. A manager would be active and somewhat innovative, trying their best to bring in ideas to help the studio, particularly during drama or other troubling times.
Credit to Gaehive, the Gaehive managers, just Gaehive in general, and everyone. :0 =Recommendations= Hilda ( @--silly-goose-- ) - A friendly, helpful person who also created the extremely useful Closure Activities project, that, looking at the view count, has possibly helped hundreds during timeout. Avid ( @PiizzAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA ) - Admittedly struggling to think of a specific example here but he is really helpful on Discusshive.
